It took a bit of time, but they're a couple now.

It took a quite a bit of manoeuvring and incremental fiddling to get both of them to stand together and hold hands, while remaining stable. But once I got them into position... they stood together and didn't budge. I wasn't worried at all when taking the photos, and think I could've left them like that all night and they'd still be standing there the next morning. (But I didn't.)
They look very comfortable together. I don't think I'll be separating them for a while.
